We took a nice boat ride to Bremerton and back today (on the ugly ferry in foreground, not the cruise ship in the background). For a while seagulls chased the boat. They glided along at the stern matching the boat's speed and seeming to hang motionless. Young boys tossed bits of bread which the seagulls caught in midair.
