Oh my gosh. I used to live in Chicago when I was a little girl and there was a Portillo's right down the road. It was one of my favorite spots to eat. They ended up shutting it down, so I just assumed that the chain went under. I'm glad to see there are still some out there. Ps, your cartoons are amazing! Do you mind if I blog about them (and link them back to you, of course).
