Suddenly there was a spontaneous glissando

This harp once belonged to the principal harpist of the San Francisco Symphony. Later it ended up in the house of my tuning customer. One day while all the family members were in different rooms they heard the harp make a sound and came in to find that the soundboard had popped off on one side. No one plays it, so twenty years later they still haven't fixed it.
