This building, which used to be Melarkey's (where Jennifer did improv comedy in the early 80s), and then the Land Park Grill, and which has been a vacant eyesore lately, is re-opening as a sushi place. I look forward to the day when Sacramento's streets will be lined with alternating Starbuck's and sushi joints.
